Usage Limits
Generative AI Tokens
Each AI response generated through the AI-Pro.org Platform consumes a specific number of tokens, which corresponds to the amount of text or data processed. To maintain a fair distribution of resources, we have implemented reasonable usage limits for all Users.

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or additional charges.
Text-to-Speech & Speech-to-Text Characters
Using our Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) features also has character-based limits. These limits are designed to prevent overuse and ensure our speech conversion services remain available to all Users. Going over these limits may lead to the application of fair usage restrictions.
Credit-Based Usage
Introduction of Credits
In addition to subscription-based access, AI-Pro.org offers a credit-based system for certain generative features, including image and video generation. Credits function as a consumable usage unit and are required to access eligible credit-based features on the Platform.
Credits are separate from token-based usage and are consumed only when using supported image or video generation models.

Credit packages are independent of subscription tiers and may be used by eligible Users regardless of their subscription plan, unless otherwise specified.

Credits are deducted at the time a request is processed. Partial generations, retries, or system-required processing may also consume credits.
Fair Use of Credits
Credits must be used in accordance with this Fair Usage Policy and all other applicable Platform policies. Attempts to exploit, automate, resell, or abuse credit-based features may result in credit forfeiture, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination.
Credit Validity and Refunds
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for subscription time, tokens, or other services.
Generation Errors and Failed Outputs
In certain cases, a generation request may fail due to system errors, third-party model issues, timeouts, or other technical limitations. Credits may still be consumed when a request is initiated or processed, even if no final output is successfully generated.
AI-Pro.org may, at its discretion, review failed generation requests and apply credit adjustments or refunds where appropriate. Repeated failures caused by unsupported inputs, policy violations, or user-side errors are not eligible for credit recovery.
Avatar Generation
Our Avatar Generation feature is a powerful tool that enables the creation of unique digital identities. These features must be used respectfully and creatively without infringing on others' rights or creating misleading or offensive content. Abuse of these features will result in corrective action, which may include limitations on usage, account suspension, or termination.
Responsible Use
We expect users to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully. This includes not using the Platform for illegal activities, harassment, promoting violence or hatred, or infringing on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we determine that a user is engaging in unacceptable behavior.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All use of the Platform must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including copyright, privacy, and data protection laws. Violation of any law or regulation while using the Platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of our Services.
Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the Platform. This includes not using the Platform to create, distribute, or promote content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Account Suspension or Termination
Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform. We reserve the right to enforce this Policy at our sole discretion. This may involve investigating potential violations, cooperation with law enforcement authorities to investigate suspected criminal violations and legal action against users who violate this Fair Usage Policy.
